Subscription Information
- Subscription Status: Your current subscription tier and status
- Payment Processing: Payment information processed through App Store/Google Play (we do not store payment details)
Usage Statistics
- Token Usage: Number of AI tokens consumed in 7-day intervals between purchases
- Usage Reset: Token counts are reset/cleared with each subscription renewal
Information We Do NOT Collect Directly
- Personal Information: No names, email addresses, or personal details
- Device Information: No device IDs, operating system details, or technical specifications
- Analytics Data: No detailed usage patterns or behavior tracking
Third-Party AI Service Processing
When you use CouplrAI's AI features, your conversations are processed by third-party AI service providers to generate responses. These providers may collect:
- Conversation Content: Messages sent to and received from the AI
- Usage Metadata: Technical information about service requests
- Safety Monitoring Data: Information used for abuse detection and content moderation
Third-party AI providers may retain this data temporarily for operational and safety purposes, typically for periods ranging from immediate processing to several weeks. The specific retention periods and policies depend on the AI service provider we use, which may change over time to improve our service.

We've designed CouplrAI to be completely private. Your conversations never leave your device beyond the necessary trip to query our AI service provider(s). We never store this data on our servers and we only track the absolute minimum needed for subscription management.

AI Service Providers
Your conversations with the AI are processed by third-party AI service providers to deliver our core functionality. This includes:
- Real-time Processing: Messages sent to AI providers for response generation
- Temporary Retention: Providers may retain conversation data temporarily for operational and safety purposes
- Safety Monitoring: Content may be analyzed for abuse prevention and content moderation
We select AI providers based on their privacy practices and data protection standards. The specific provider and their data handling policies may change as we improve our service. Each provider's data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
No Third-Party Analytics
We do not use third-party analytics services or share usage data with external platforms.

Data Retention
Subscription Data
We retain subscription status information only as long as your subscription is active and for legal/financial record-keeping requirements.
Usage Statistics
Token usage statistics are automatically reset every 7 days or at subscription renewal, whichever comes first.
Account Deletion
When you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we immediately remove all associated data.
Legal Requirements
Some subscription records may be retained longer if required by law for tax or financial reporting purposes.
Children's Privacy
CouplrAI is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

International Data Transfers
The minimal data we collect (subscription status and token usage) may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country.
